In his capacity as Vice-Dean of the African Diplomatic Corps in Tokyo, Ambassador Rachad Bouhlal delivered a speech at the opening ceremony of the 2025 edition of "Walk the world for Africa" Charity Event

This event, organized by the World Food Program Office in Japan aimed at raising funds to provide school meals to children in need in Africa.

Ambassador Bouhlal highlighted that this event is a symbol of hope, compassion and shared responsibility to uplift those in need.

Ambassador Bouhlal, then, walked with the other participants.

This event was also attended by several Ambassadors and members of the Diplomatic Corps accredited in Japan, the Mayor of Yokohama and other personalities.
