Ambassador Rachad Bouhlal participates in an event promoting "Japan through Diplomats' Eyes" and delivers a welcome speech on this occasion

In his capacity as Chairperson of the Executive Committee of "Japan Through Diplomats' Eyes", an annual event taking place under the High Patronage of Her Imperial Highness Princess Takamado, Ambassador Rachad Bouhlal delivered a welcome speech promoting the launch of the 2024 photo exhibition.

Ambassador Bouhlal highlighted in his remarks the importance of this Photo Exhibition as a rich platform for cultural exchange and friendship among diplomats from different nations. While reminding of this year's theme, "Inspiring Japan", Ambassador Bouhlal invited the participants to explore Japan’s captivating natural beauty, resilience, and innovation through the lens of diplomats.
