Ambassador Rachad Bouhlal gave a speech at the opening session of JICA's Scholars Networking Seminar.
He highlighted the important contribution of Japanese capacity building programs such as the ABE Initiative, the SDG's leaders Program and the JICA Long-term Training Program, in strengthening the relations between Morocco and Japan.

Ambassador Bouhlal also exchanged with the Moroccan recipients of the ABE Initiative program, who took part in this event by sharing their experience in a Panel discussion.
