In a speech delivered at the opening of this event, Ambassador Bouhlal underlined the role that JTDE plays in as a rich and valued platform among Diplomats accredited to Japan for cultural exchange and discussions around photos they took from their different experiences and encounters in Japan.

He highlighted that the photographs captured by the participants serve as a testament to the unique spirit and allure of such a remarkable Nation.

Ambassador Bouhlal announced that the 2025 edition of the Photos Exhibition will be held under the theme “Rhythms of life in Japan”, inviting the participants to explore Japan’s captivating beauty, innovation, dynamic of life of cities, seasons and traditional practices with modern advancements.

The Event was attended by several prominent Japanese and diplomatic personalities, such as The Honorable NAKASONE Hirofumi, member of the House of Councilors and H.E. Mr. MIYASHITA Tadayuki, Chief of Protocol at the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
